DescriptionThis definitives issue was released to support the increase in standard postage rate to 5c. There were two sets; the 5c blue (sheet, coil and booklet), and 5c overprint on the 4c red (sheet and booklet). There are various combinations of FDCs floating around - I've tried to record the key ones.
